IT Assistant
Full time (40 hours) position reporting to the IT/Billing Manager. Perform maintenance of computers within the agency including hardware and software upgrades on local sites as well as other agency locations. Pick up of computers as needed from locations within the agency. Specific responsibilities include:
Upgrade PC s, this would include RAM, hard drives and power supplies
Re-installing of required software
Resetting of all network hubs
Pick up and return computers to specific sites
Perform other duties as outlined by supervisor

CCS Nurse Manager (part time)
We are seeking an experienced psychiatric RN to work 20 hours per week in the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program at 77 Mill St. Westfield, MA The Nurse Manager will provide supervision and coordination of nursing services within the program and will also contribute to the comprehensive assessment and biopsychosocial treatment of each client who utilizes the program. The Nurse Manager will also provide direct nursing services such as the filling of medication orders, management and dispensation of medications, routine medical care and communication with all involved psychiatric and medical care providers.
Must be RN and with at least two years experience with adult psychiatric nursing in hospital or community settings. Candidates with supervisory experience preferred.

Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) Program Director
The Carson Center for Children and Youth seeks a full-time Program Director to join our new CSA team responsible for facilitating access to, and ensuring coordination of, care for youth with serious emotional disturbance who require or are already utilizing multiple child-serving services. Responsibilities include: monitoring services, authorizations, and procedures; convening and oversight of Systems of Care Committee; collecting evaluation data to ensure for program compliance; organizing trainings; serving as liaison to MassHealth and other community resources; providing supervision as needed to care managers at the site, in client homes or other community settings. Minimum Qualifications: The Program Director must be independently licensed with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing direct clinical services and supervising licensed clinicians in either outpatient or home-based settings with children and families.
