The Crisis Intervention Program of The Carson Center for Human Services is seeking a graduate trained, licensed or license eligible mental health clinician to join our team. Clinicians on the Crisis Team provide psychiatric emergency services as well as outpatient therapy to a diverse adult outpatient population. Independent licensure preferred but we will consider LCSW and pre-LMHC applicants. Consistent clinical supervision toward independent licensure is provided. This position involves some evening and/or weekend hours. This is a salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits. Part-Time and Per Diem Crisis Clinicians

Mental Health Counselor: Seeking mature, patient, compassionate individual to work as a 1 to 1 aide with a 10 year old boy in a therapeutic after-school program. Therapeutic Training & Support/ Case Manager Full Time Position For In Home Therapy Services Program at Carson Center, Westfield. This position provides a great opportunity to work as a team member together with a Master s clinician or by her/himself with families in a program which is part of CBHI (Child Behavioral Health Initiative) and which allows families with Mass. Health insurance coverage to access In Home Therapeutic Services when outpatient therapy will not suffice and/or when a child might be at risk for placement at a higher level of care and when this can be prevented by working with the child, with its family and its natural supports. The Therapeutic Training & Support person/case manager will be responsible for networking and coordinating care with all other existing providers and services and will help with connections, applications and follow up with such services if needed and not yet in place. The Therapeutic Training & Support person/case manager may also assist the Master s clinician with therapeutic tasks, activities and individual attention to family members, supporting the implementation of treatment goals and treatment plans. Holistic Oriented Peer-Support Program Worker is a 21 hour position in an adult psychiatric day program. The program is vibrant, active, and dynamic. The person we are looking for must have "lived experience" which means a history of recovery from mental health and/or substance related issues. We are looking for someone who has either experience or interest in breathwork to reduce stress, yoga, and other simple ways to stabilize and heal one s life. The ideal person has a sense of humor, is responsible, has flexibility, has a non-judgmental approach, cares about others and wants to help and be of service. The program meets on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. The job includes driving clients, organizing trips, assisting in group programs, at times helping with meals, being a peer support to a wonderful group of people.
