THERAPY SERVICES PROGRAM AT CARSON CENTER, WESTFIELD.
This position provides a great opportunity to work as a team member together with Master s clinician or by her/himself with families in a program which is part of CBHI (Child Behavioral Health Initiative) and which allows families with Mass. Health insurance coverage to access In Home Therapeutic Services when outpatient therapy will not suffice and/or when a child might be at risk for placement at a higher level of care and when this can be prevented by working with the child, with its family and its natural
supports. The Therapeutic Training & Support person/case manager will be responsible for networking and coordinating care with all other existing providers and services and will help with connections, applications and follow up with such services if needed and not yet in place. The Therapeutic Training & Support person/case manager may also assist the Master s clinician with therapeutic tasks, activities and individual attention to family members, supporting the implementation of treatment goals and treatment plans.
This full time position requires some evening hours, valid drivers license, a car and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Bachelor s degree in human services or related field and previous experience in working with children/families preferred.

Nurse Manager
Seeking an experienced psychiatric RN to work 20 hours per week in the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program in Westfield. Position involves supervision and coordination of nursing services within an eight bed program and participation in the assessment and multi-modal treatment of each client who utilizes the program. The NM will also provide direct nursing services such as the filling of medication orders, management and dispensation of medications, routine medical care and communication with all involved psychiatric and medical care providers.
Must be RN with at least two years of psychiatric nursing experience.
